I. Membership Registration

To join Juan 365, you must be 21 years old or above and not included in the list of restricted individuals based on Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2016 issued by the Office of the President. This rule helps ensure that only eligible players can access the platform.
You can register either in person or online, and you’ll need to provide your personal details along with one valid government-issued ID. This is part of our security and identity verification process to keep the platform safe and compliant with legal standards.

II. Communication Consent

     

      • By signing up as a member of Juan 365, you give your consent to receive updates and important information from us. These communications are designed to keep you informed about your account activity, ongoing promotions, special offers, events, and other relevant updates that can enhance your experience on the platform. We use different channels to make sure you don’t miss out on anything important.

        You may receive messages through the following platforms:

      • Email – For account notifications, promotional offers, and event announcements

      • SMS – For quick updates, alerts, and limited-time promos

      • Phone calls – For account verification or important service-related concerns

      • Social media – Including platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for real-time news, events, and community engagement

        You can manage your communication preferences at any time by reaching out to our support team.

    III. Privacy and Data Collection

    Juan 365 collects your personal information in line with the requirements of PAGCOR and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This information helps us provide a safe, secure, and personalized gaming experience. We may need to share certain details with trusted partners—such as affiliated companies, third-party service providers, and regulatory authorities—to make sure your account runs smoothly and you receive full access to our services.

    Here’s how your personal data may be used:

       

        • Account verification and management (KYC) – To confirm your identity and comply with legal requirements

      IV. Membership Eligibility and Restrictions

         

          • To ensure a safe, fair, and legally compliant environment, Juan 365 only allows eligible individuals to become members. This is in line with national regulations, including those issued by PAGCOR and the Office of the President. Membership is strictly limited to people who meet specific criteria and are not part of any restricted group.

            To qualify for membership, you must:

          • Be 21 years old or older

          • Not be a student enrolled in any school, college, or university in the Philippines

          • Not belong to any of the restricted categories, which include:

               

                •  Government officials or employees directly involved in gaming regulation or operations

                •  Military or police personnel (including the Army, Navy, Air Force, or PNP)

                •  Employees of PAGCOR

                •  Individuals listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons

                •  Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders

                •  Banned or blacklisted individuals for any reason

                •  Immediate family members (spouse, children, or parents) of the individuals listed above

                •  Financiers or loan sharks involved in unethical gaming-related lending

          Juan 365 has the full authority to deny or cancel a membership if the applicant provides false information or is found to be in violation of any of these conditions. This policy helps protect all players and ensures compliance with Philippine gaming laws.

          V. Member Declarations

             

              • By registering with Juan 365, you are making a formal agreement to follow our platform’s rules and procedures. This helps us provide a safe, secure, and fair gaming environment for all players. Your registration means that you clearly understand and accept our policies, and that you meet all the necessary requirements to play.

                Here’s what you are confirming when you sign up:

                You are at least 21 years old and do not belong to any restricted group (e.g., government officials, PAGCOR employees, military personnel, etc.).

              • You agree to follow PAGCOR’s rules and regulations, including those related to responsible gaming and fair play.

              • You give your informed consent for Juan 365 to collect, use, and manage your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

              • You will complete your Know Your Customer (KYC) verification within 3 calendar days of registration or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first. If not completed, your account may be temporarily frozen.

              • You will use only your own registered payment accounts for all deposits and withdrawals. Using unregistered or third-party accounts may result in account suspension and investigation.

            Processing times for deposits and withdrawals depend on the amount:

               

                • ₱1 – ₱50,000: 1 to 3 business days

                • ₱50,001 – ₱500,000: 3 to 5 business days

                • ₱500,001 and above: 5 to 10 business days

              Please note: Juan 365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that are outside of our control.

              VI. Grounds for Account Suspension

                 

                  • Juan 365 wants to make sure that everyone plays fair and stays safe while using the platform. That’s why we carefully watch how accounts are used. If someone breaks the rules or does something suspicious, their account may be suspended (temporarily locked) or terminated (permanently closed).

                    Here are the main reasons why an account may be suspended or closed:

                  • Having more than one account – Each person is only allowed one account. If you open more than one, we may suspend all of them.

                  • Abusing promotions or bonuses – Taking advantage of free offers in ways that are unfair or against the rules can get your account banned.

                  • Being under 21 years old – Only people aged 21 or older are allowed to join. If you’re underage, your account will be closed.

                  • Using cheating tools or bots – You’re not allowed to use software or tricks to cheat in games. This includes auto-play bots and similar tools.

                  • Doing anything suspicious or illegal – If we see activity that looks dishonest, like fraud or money laundering, we will lock your account and investigate.

                These rules are in place to protect all players and keep the platform fair. If your account is suspended, you can reach out to our support team for help.

                VII. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

                Juan 365 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and performs verification, transaction monitoring, and reporting in line with AML laws. Players involved in suspicious activities may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice.

                You agree to:

                   

                    • Cooperate with AML investigations

                    • Accept any account actions resulting from AML-related findings

                    • Comply with future amendments to AML policies
